35 years of Waldorf experience as both a teacher, a successful director of admissions with strong fundraising skills and a long term Board of Trustees member.
As the K-12 Director of Admissions and Outreach at Sacramento Waldorf School and a consultant to San Francisco Waldorf School, I have actual experience in effective admissions processes, communicating Waldorf educational approaches to parents, filling classes and creating wait pools in the two largest schools in the USA. I also evaluate your social media messaging. I align board, admissions and outreach processes to maximize your enrollment. This work is done collaboratively between the faculty and the admissions department.
